By downloading, installing, or using QA Genie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
QA Genie is a hybrid-powered test case generation tool intended for professional quality assurance and software testing purposes. The App employs a generation engine — combining cloud-based inference with locally defined fallback domains — to produce structured test case suggestions based on your natural-language description of the feature under test.
An active internet connection is required to generate test cases, export test cases, and export summaries. Editing test cases, viewing saved suites, and managing local data may be performed offline.
Generated test cases are suggestions only and must be reviewed, validated, and adapted by a qualified human tester before use in any development, testing, or production environment.
QA Genie recognizes two account types:
One person, one account: Account sharing or automated account creation is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity under your account and device.
Two service tiers are defined:
Daily generation quotas reset at midnight UTC. Quotas vary by account type and tier. CORE users may watch rewarded video ads to earn additional same-day generations. Quota limits and reward values are subject to change with notice. Unused quota does not carry over to the next day.
When your quota is exhausted, a dialog will display the exact time remaining until reset. Quota information is displayed only in the generation hint area.
Rate limits: Maximum 10 generation requests per minute; 5 issue reports per minute. Automated scraping, quota bypass, or abuse of our services is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
You may use the same Google account on multiple devices, but only one device can maintain an active session at a time. When you sign in on a new device:
This mechanism is designed to protect your data and prevent silent session conflicts. You are responsible for managing your sessions across devices.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion:
This cooldown is global (not device-based) and is enforced server-side. You may use a different Google account on the same device immediately.

QA Genie, the QA Genie logo, and all related branding are the property of Enay Kumar. The App's code, design, and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Test cases you generate through the App belong to you. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.
QA Genie supports export of test cases in the following formats: Excel (.xlsx), CSV, JSON, and PDF. Exports require an active internet connection.
QA Genie displays rewarded video ads via Google AdMob with Unity Ads as a mediated partner. Watching an ad is voluntary and rewards are provided at our discretion. We do not display interstitial or banner advertisements. Refer to our Ads & Monetization Policy for full details.
Generated test cases are probabilistic in nature — inference models function by predicting information based on learned patterns rather than absolute deterministic logic. Consequently, generated content may contain:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT GENERATED TEST CASES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QA GENIE, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Generated test cases are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and adapting them before use. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of generated test cases in any environment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the App itself. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
