Delete Account

To request deletion of your QA Genie Studio account and all associated data, send an email to wipe@qagenies.com.

Requirements

You must send the email from the same email address registered in my database — I verify your identity against your registered email.
Include your account details in the email (the Google email address you signed up with, and optionally the reason for deletion).

Processing Time

After I receive and verify your request, your account will be completely deleted within 24–48 hours. All your data — profile, synced test cases, usage history — will be permanently removed from my systems, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Google Cloud Storage. I do not retain copies beyond this window.

⚠️ No take backs. Once you send this email, deletion is irreversible. There is no undo. All your data will be permanently erased from my systems.
